Job Summary:

QuEST Global is a leading engineering services firm that provides innovative solutions to Fortune 500 customers. We are seeking a skilled Quality Technician/Inspector to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality reviews and inspections of Aero-Engine components to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to improve production and performance of gas turbine engines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall quality of products.
  • Perform dimensional inspections and technical documentation using various tools and equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality engineering.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and interpret part drawings information, including GD&T and part layouts.
  • Familiarity with Aero-Engine components and dimensional inspection techniques.
  • Experience with hand/bench measuring equipment, visual inspection, and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, scales, and Faro Arm.
  • U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of the work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aptitude in advanced inspection equipment, such as CMM, 3D profiling, and wear/distress modeling.
  • Experience with e-MRP systems and engineering databases.
  • Skilled in photographic documentation and detail part inspections.
