- Process Planning: Develop and maintain detailed process plans for the production of aerospace components, including raw material procurement, machining, assembly, and inspection.
- Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including process instructions, quality control procedures, and training materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and production, to ensure seamless execution of manufacturing processes.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve process-related issues, including equipment malfunctions, material defects, and quality control problems.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Requirements:
