Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage financial models to support operational decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
  2. Lead financial planning and analysis to ensure operational efficiency and financial sustainability.
  3. Support capital raising efforts by engaging with the Founding Team to assist with capital raising and investment initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial strategies and production goals.
  5. Develop investor responses by providing clear, data-driven financial insights to support investor relations and business growth.
  6. Prepare for leadership by receiving hands-on leadership training to equip you for senior financial roles within the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Experience in corporate finance, budgeting, or capital management is a plus.
