Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate and driven finance professionals to join our Leadership Development Program (LDP) - Finance. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about innovation, sustainability, and driving the financial success of a rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage financial models to support operational decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis to ensure operational efficiency and financial sustainability.
  • Support capital raising efforts by engaging with the Founding Team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial strategies and production goals.
  • Develop investor responses to provide clear, data-driven financial insights.
  • Prepare for leadership by receiving hands-on leadership training.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Experience in corporate finance, budgeting, or capital management is a plus.
  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, and clean energy technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A desire to grow into a leadership role in a rapidly scaling company.
