As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop customized strategies to help them achieve success. This includes conducting regular check-ins, providing product demonstrations and trainings, and offering ongoing support and guidance.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment. Knowledge of the beverage industry is a plus. If you are a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact
- Understand client goals and develop customized strategies to ensure their success
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to provide support and gather feedback
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Provide product demonstrations and trainings to clients
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients to help them achieve their goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of the beverage industry is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
