Job Title: Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Keeper Security, Inc. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through proactive account management, strategic planning, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including C-level executives and IT teams
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including implementation, onboarding, and troubleshooting
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in account management or customer success roles
  • Strong technical knowledge of software integrations, implementation, onboarding, and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with C-level executives and IT teams
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
