Consumer Sales Representative

Join AEG as a Consumer Sales Executive and take on a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction for our events. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for selling tickets, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide world-class customer service to our customers
- Sell tickets to Speedway and Dragway events
- Make outbound calls to target campaigns
- Upsell and premium seating sales
- Manage leads through CRM database management
- Manage a wide-ranging customer portfolio
- Assist with the development of consumer and brand marketing initiatives
- Support other selected events in the Speedway Motorsports portfolio
- Successful sales experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and events
- Team player with a do-whatever-it-takes attitude
- 1+ years of successful ticket sales experience in professional sports or college athletics
- Experience with Ticketmaster/Archtics
- Entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to learn and teach
- Based on qualifications (Salary + Commission, both paid bi-weekly)
