Job Title: Consumer Sales Executive

Join AEG as a Consumer Sales Executive and take on a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction for our events. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for selling tickets, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide world-class customer service to our customers
  • Sell tickets to Speedway and Dragway events
  • Make outbound calls to target campaigns
  • Upsell and premium seating sales
  • Manage leads through CRM database management
  • Manage a wide-ranging customer portfolio
  • Assist with the development of consumer and brand marketing initiatives
  • Support other selected events in the Speedway Motorsports portfolio
Requirements:
  • Successful sales experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and events
  • Team player with a do-whatever-it-takes attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of successful ticket sales experience in professional sports or college athletics
  • Experience with Ticketmaster/Archtics
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to learn and teach
