- Engage with cross-functional teams to gather information for quote preparation.
- Effectively log and track quotes, escalating to the PM team as necessary.
- Collaborate with the PM team to monitor quote progress.
- Review and update quotes to ensure accuracy.
- A team player with the ability to work independently and escalate issues as needed.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Technical knowledge or industry experience is desirable.
- Estimating knowledge or experience is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
