Position Details

As an HRIS Implementation Project Leader, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment and ongoing management of our new Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This full-time project position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively navigate project management and change management methodologies to ensure successful outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing support of the HRIS.
  • Utilize advanced project management skills to oversee project timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze and document business processes.
  • Facilitate training sessions and ensure quality control measures are in place to maintain data integrity.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Three to five years of project management experience, particularly in HRIS, HMS, or HCM software implementation.
  • Professional certifications in project management (PMP) and/or HRIS-related credentials.
