Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure adherence to contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards, ensuring timely delivery of superior residential products.
- Assist in overseeing the daily operational aspects of various projects.
- Communicate pertinent project details effectively to management.
- Establish document control protocols for all construction-related paperwork.
- Prepare scope reviews, bids, and manage the award process.
- Oversee the design development process and project planning while supervising contractors.
- Ensure project execution, field oversight, and quality assurance.
- Manage job cost accounting, reporting, and cash flow analysis.
- Define and implement best practices, procedures, and compliance measures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Science/Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing the complete execution of construction projects is preferred.
- Experience in ground-up construction of high-end residential properties and rehabilitation projects is essential.
- Proven experience in managing Superintendents and Project Support personnel.
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management related to project management using platforms such as Procore, Yardi, and MS Project.
