Overview:
Are you interested in pursuing a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant? We are excited to offer a complimentary training program designed to help you achieve this goal.

Program Details:
This training will commence with a virtual classroom experience, conducted via Zoom, from Monday to Thursday, with sessions running from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Clinical practice will take place at our facility, ensuring hands-on experience.

Training Objectives:
During the CNA training, participants will learn to:
1. Regularly assess residents to ensure their personal care needs are met according to their preferences.
2. Review care plans daily to identify any necessary adjustments in the residents' care routines.
3. Communicate any changes in residents' conditions to the Nurse Supervisor for appropriate updates to care plans.
4. Assist residents with daily activities, including preparation for social programs and transportation to appointments.
5. Foster a warm, patient, and cheerful environment for residents.
6. Ensure residents' rooms are welcoming and comfortable.
7. Participate in facility evaluations conducted by authorized agencies.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of a 10th-grade education is required.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of resident care information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Ability to effectively communicate essential resident information to nursing staff and administration.
