Position Overview:

We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who can bring joy and support to our residents, helping them achieve their fullest potential. Our residents appreciate the staff, and you can play a vital role in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional personal care to residents, including assistance with meals, bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, toileting, and mobility.
  • Regularly check on residents to ensure their personal care needs are met according to their preferences.
  • Support the emotional, social, leisure, and spiritual needs of residents.
  • Help maintain a safe, sanitary, and comfortable living environment for each resident.
  • Report any changes in residents' conditions to the assigned nurse supervisor in accordance with policy.
*We offer CPR renewal, First-Aid renewals, Food Worker Permit renewal, and continuing education at no cost to you.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience/Certifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Flexible experience requirements; new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must possess an active WA State Nursing Assistant Certification
  • WA State Food Worker Card (to be obtained within 14 days of hire)
  • CPR + AED - BLS Certification (to be obtained within 30 days of hire)
  • WA DSHS Dementia Specialty Training Certificate & WA DSHS Mental Health Specialty Training Certificate (must complete within 90 days of hire if not previously completed)
Skills/Collaboration:
