Senior Physician Assistant Faculty Member

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Physician Assistant to join our team as a Senior Faculty Member and Clinician Educator.
About the PositionThis is a non-tenure track position as an Associate Professor in the Clinician Educator track, with a 0.8 to 1.0 FTE service period. Faculty members with 12-month service periods are paid for 11 months of service over a 12-month period, with one month available for paid time off.
Key Responsibilities- Work clinically within our healthcare network and provide leadership in scholarship and research for our Physician Assistant program.
- Coordinate, manage, and supervise program activities across multiple campuses.
- Lecture, chair courses as needed, and participate in recruitment and admissions processes.
- Assist in all aspects of the program, including curriculum development, delivery, and evaluation.
- A master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field, or foreign equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience in an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Eligible for PA licensure in the state.
- Current NCCPA certification or foreign equivalent, and two years of clinical experience.
- A competitive full-time base salary range of $5,753 - $13,000 per month, pro-rated based on FTE and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Eligibility for benefits offered by the University and our practice plan.
