Coordinator of Women's Lacrosse Operations

Job Description:


The Women's Lacrosse Operations Coordinator is a pivotal role that reports directly to the Head Coach of the Women's Lacrosse team.

This position is responsible for the effective management and organization of the daily functions of the Women's Lacrosse program.

The Coordinator will assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the program's operations and promotional activities within a Division I intercollegiate women's lacrosse framework.

All personnel are expected to uphold the highest standards of ethical behavior and adhere strictly to NCAA regulations; it is essential that all duties are executed in compliance with NCAA, Ivy League, and ECAC guidelines. Any infractions or knowledge of infractions must be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Individuals in coaching roles are required to successfully complete the NCAA Coaches Certification Test and maintain current AED/CPR & First Aid certifications, which are provided at no cost through the division.


A minimum of an Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

1-2 years of relevant experience in lacrosse (including collegiate playing, coaching, or operational roles) is necessary; experience at the Division I level is preferred.
