Essential Qualities for Success:

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years in retail management, ideally within a high-volume or flagship environment. Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to manage budgets, forecast sales, and control expenses.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

This position is eligible for a company bonus program based on overall performance.
