Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years in retail management, ideally within a high-volume or flagship environment. Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to manage budgets, forecast sales, and control expenses.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 based on experience and qualifications.

This position is eligible for a company bonus program based on overall performance.
