About the Opportunity
Kaizen is seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Lead to join our team and lead our upcoming USAID Managing Market Access and Innovative Finance (MMAIF) activity. As a key member of our team, you will provide operational oversight and serve as the primary point of contact with USAID on day-to-day implementation and management matters.

**Job Description:**
The Healthcare Operations Lead will be responsible for managing the delivery of healthcare services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with project partners to achieve program objectives. You will lead a team of professionals in providing technical assistance, capacity building, and training to stakeholders across multiple sectors.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have at least ten years of demonstrated relevant experience within an international development context. You should also possess a minimum of five years of senior-level leadership experience and be authorized to work in the United States. A Master's degree in public health, health policy, management, international development, or business administration is required. Fluency in English oral and written communication is essential.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $220,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
