Job Description:

Cava Support Center is seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our data infrastructure and delivering insights to both internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in data engineering with a strong focus on data operations. You will lead a team of contractors, optimizing data pipelines, maintaining data quality, and troubleshooting data-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the leader and provide oversight of a team of contractors, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Manage and optimize data operations data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain data infrastructure, including databases, data warehouses, and cloud platforms.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and implement solutions that triage immediate short-term fixes and long-term solutions that prevent recurrence.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on data operations.
  • Multiple years leading teams, providing guidance and effectively executing deliverables.
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, and data warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
