Operations and Delivery Lead

We are seeking a results-driven Operations and Delivery Lead to join our team at Wainwright Talent Partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per annum, based on experience.

Responsibilities: As an Operations and Delivery Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects. They will work closely with project superintendents to develop safety plans, conduct project meetings, and establish job processes. Additionally, they will maintain quality control standards, negotiate subcontract change orders, and supervise support roles. Furthermore, they will collaborate with the project superintendent and site operations team throughout the life of the project.

Qualifications: To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, demonstrate leadership ability, problem-solving skills, and strong organizational and communication skills. Computer literacy and experience in contract law and project accounting are highly desirable.
