As an Agency Customer Success Manager at Smartly, you'll take ownership of a book of enterprise agencies, providing consultative advice, scoping, and driving successful product adoption. You'll be the main point of contact for agencies, ensuring they get the most value out of their social advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise agencies, delivering exceptional experiences and ensuring they achieve their goals.
  • Be a specialist in the Smartly platform and digital advertising, providing best practices, and consultative advice to agencies.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with agencies and partners like Meta and Pinterest.
  • Be the voice of agencies, informing our product roadmap and driving innovation.
  • Collaborate effectively across functions, including Agency Sales, Agency Onboarding, Technical Solutions, Product, and Engineering.
  • Contribute to building a world-class Agency Customer Success organization, creating a library of knowledge that differentiates us from competitors and helps win and retain agencies.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in customer success or a similar customer-facing function.
  • Advanced knowledge of social advertising (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Highly empathetic, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers reach their goals.
  • Results-driven mentality, with a bias for action and collaboration.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into insights.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events (when possible).
  • Legal right to work in the US.

Base pay range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 per year, plus annual bonus. We take into consideration an individual's background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary.
