Are you passionate about driving growth and retention among valued agency customers? Do you thrive in a fast-paced digital advertising environment where no two days are the same? As an Agency Customer Success Manager at Smartly, you'll take ownership of a book of enterprise agencies, providing consultative advice, scoping, and driving successful product adoption. You'll be at the forefront of the ever-evolving digital advertising industry, learning quickly about growing and nurturing your own book of business, and supporting agency team members to drive results for their clients with the Smartly platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for enterprise agencies to deliver an exceptional experience and ensure they get the most value out of their social advertising
  • Be a specialist in the Smartly.io platform and digital advertising in general, solving problems for agencies and providing best practices and consultative advice
  • Build and foster strong relationships with agencies and partners like Meta and Pinterest
  • Be the voice of agencies to inform our product roadmap
  • Collaborate effectively across functions, including Agency Sales, Agency Onboarding, Technical Solutions, Product, and Engineering
  • Help Smartly.io build a world-class Agency Customer Success organization, contributing to a library of knowledge that differentiates us from competitors and helps win and retain agencies, optimize existing processes within the company, and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
What We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing function
  • Advanced knowledge of social advertising (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Highly empathetic, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help our customers reach their goals
  • Results-driven mentality, with a bias for action and collaboration
  • Able to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into insights
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events (when possible)
  • Legal right to work in the US

Base pay range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 per year, plus annual bonus. We take into consideration an individual's background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary. In addition to annual salary, Smartly's total rewards provide employees with stock options, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings benefits, parental leave, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, life insurance, and disability benefits.
