Job Overview

Johnson Service Group is seeking a highly skilled Aviation Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, and providing exceptional recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and qualify candidates for aviation-related positions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Provide exceptional recruitment services, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Collaborate with our Business Development Manager to ensure seamless candidate submissions
  • Update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to reflect current candidate information and activity records
  • Research and analyze hiring statistics to inform recruitment strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred)
  • 1+ years' experience in recruitment, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Proven experience working with high-volume recruiting and sourcing
  • Assertive and proactive approach to recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambition to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with our team
