Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Achieve sales targets through unit rentals, insurance offerings, and moving supplies.
  • Assist new clients with rental procedures and agreements.
  • Maintain facility cleanliness - including sweeping, mopping, and changing light bulbs.
  • Work autonomously on daily tasks while collaborating with team members.
  • May need to perform errands for the facility and visit other store locations.

Your Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in NYC).
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
