About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Ambassador. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization, and working collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Provide personalized and high-quality service to all customers, meeting the standards set forth in our Retail Woolbook and Customer Journey.
    • Build strong relationships with customers and actively contribute to the store's sales and NPS goals.
    • Strive to be a product-knowledge expert who can communicate passionately about our brand and products.
  • Operations
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
    • Operate our point-of-sale system and execute on inventory and merchandising duties.
    • Perform daily operational tasks as delegated by the store leadership team.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve shared goals and support your teammates.
    • Practice respectful, honest, and effective communication.
    • Cultivate a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Retail and/or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Available to work weekends.
  • Connection to Allbirds' mission, vision, and products.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desire to learn and grow.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Able to comfortably lift 30 lbs on a regular basis and stand for 95% of the work day.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18, depending on location, knowledge, skills, and level of experience.
