Job Title: Handyman

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team at the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical environment of our building and property, ensuring a safe and comfortable space for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work.
  • Clean and maintain common areas, including floors, offices, hallways, and staircases.
  • Provide repair and maintenance services to apartments and document work orders completed.
  • Escort and oversee outside maintenance vendors performing work in the building.
  • Perform minor repairs and touch-ups as necessary.
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as water pipe breaks, and report situations to proper personnel.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in building maintenance and cleaning.
  • Trade school training in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry desirable.
  • CPR/First Aid certification required.
