Job Title: Handyman Porter

We are seeking a reliable and organized Handyman Porter to join our team at Adamas Building Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with cleaning responsibilities, ensuring a clean and detailed environment inside and outside the building.
  • Perform weekly cleaning tasks, including trash removal and recycling.
  • Conduct window cleaning and maintain common areas.
  • Remove trash and recyclables on scheduled trash days.

Benefits:

  • Weekly pay
  • Uniforms provided (winter and summer)
  • Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days, including a 401k match after one year of employment

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to complete work orders efficiently

Schedule:

Monday-Sunday (on-call)

Pay Rate:

$20.00/hr
