We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team at The Moinian Group. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior of buildings, including lighting, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct inspections and projects to maintain records and ensure the security of inventory.
- Preventive maintenance for building systems, rooms, and public spaces.
- Repair as needed, including HVAC systems, handy work, plumbing, plastering, etc.
- Attend mandatory meetings and/or training as scheduled.
- Perform any other duties and projects as requested by supervisor.
- 2+ years of experience as a Handyman or maintenance position in New York.
- Broad base of experience in several areas, including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, preventive maintenance, painting/plastering.
- Experience of 2+ years in painting and plasterwork.
- Full availability is needed.
