Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Representative - Roofing to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including onboarding, account management, and customer service
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, including roof inspections, assessments, and estimating
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong technical knowledge of roofing and construction principles, including take-off and comprehensive inspection capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
