At MSC, we are seeking a highly skilled National Accounts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing account penetration across our large customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and maximize account penetration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives and decision-makers at our large customer accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and new product innovation to our customers
- Proactively anticipate business changes and implement new enterprise site locations to meet annual budget
- Manage and negotiate large enterprise contracts to ensure compliance and profitability
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years industrial/manufacturing/distributing sales experience and direct account responsibility
- Experience with large account sales and/or large account penetration, negotiation, and maintenance techniques
- Ability to read and communicate understanding of customer financial statements
- Strong sales, negotiation, and team building skills and techniques
- Competitive salary range: $92,680 - $145,640
