Job Title: National SI Account Manager

At Hanwha Vision America Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled National SI Account Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for facilitating the sustainable growth of Hanwha Vision within the National Systems Integrator (NSI) channel.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with NSI leadership and key influencers.
  • Identify Business Goals: Identify business goals and build a strategy to align HVA initiatives to help NSIs attain these goals.
  • Progress Reporting: Prepare regular reports of progress using key account metrics and KPIs.
  • White Space Opportunities: Identify opportunities to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Foster Relationships: Foster relationships between HVA Field Sales and NSI Commercial Branches.
  • Establish Connections: Establish enduring connections with NSI National/Global Account Managers aiming to attain trusted advisor status.
  • Effective Communication: Effectively communicate initiatives to the HVA internal resources to support growth within the account.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management, ideally within the manufacturing or National Systems Integrator space.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas, demonstrating strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the security industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in a second language being a valuable asset.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify client needs, anticipate challenges, and develop effective solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, sales automation tools, and other relevant technology.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of IP video, VMS, and related technologies.
