Job Overview

This is a 100% remote role with 10% travel requirements. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and improving the sales process, collaborating with the sales team, and introducing and building relationships with E&P companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within current accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and exceed expectations.
  • Provide regular feedback to sales leadership on client needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of technical sales experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience with CRM systems and managing customer relationships.
  • Strong network in the Midland, Denver, and Pittsburgh areas.
  • Black book of current completions contacts is a valuable asset.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting demos to customers.
  • Experience with inside sales, including follow-through of service delivery.
  • Long sales cycles and relationship building skills are preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach to sales.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for work as required.
