Executive Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary:
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing the Housekeeping Department at Hyatt House Mount Laurel. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and coach housekeeping personnel to provide exceptional service to guests while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage housekeeping personnel to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement housekeeping standards and procedures to maintain a high level of quality and cleanliness.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hotel standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels and efficient use.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and analyze housekeeping performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance housekeeping skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
