Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team in the Chicago area. As a key member of our compensation team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and communication of our company's compensation programs, tools, and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Program Development: Analyze job roles, hourly wages, salaries, and incentives to ensure internal fairness, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of our pay practices.
  • Job Evaluation and Equity Analysis: Conduct job evaluation analyses, evaluate positions using standard job evaluation techniques, and conduct equity analyses both internal and external.
  • Market Studies and Salary Surveys: Conduct large-scale market studies, create cost-effective solutions, and present proposals to department management.
  • Compensation Policy and Procedure Development: Assist in developing and implementing compensation-related training and projects, and review and recommend changes to compensation policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with HRBP to consult and advise on departmental requests, provide options and solutions to create alignment and synergy across the hospital system, and serve as an expert resource to others in the department and throughout the medical center.
