The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing technical support to clients, which includes responsibilities such as installation, relocation, maintenance, and ongoing support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute repairs on equipment for clients, taking into account their warranty and service agreement conditions.
- Assess and comprehend unique customer configurations, including the materials and software utilized.
- Gauge customers' capabilities and readiness for self-service maintenance tasks.
- Carry out designated preventive maintenance tasks as directed by the Service Manager.
- Identify the financial implications of system failures for clients.
- Effectively use diagnostic tools such as Oscilloscopes, Multi-meters, Laser Power Meters, and Vacuum Gauges.
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tailor service delivery to align with clients' product usage.
- Address specific client requirements to enhance service quality.
- Understand the economic impact of system failures on clients.
REQUIREMENTS: Travel may be required, along with access to reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Candidates should be capable of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, sitting, and engaging in frequent conversations. The position may involve working with equipment that presents electrical hazards, high-power lasers, and photo-polymer resins; moderate physical activity is required, including handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the repair of 3D printing systems.
- Military experience is a plus.
- A high school diploma is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of Field Service experience is essential.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in troubleshooting, configuring, installing, and repairing electronic systems.
- Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical device repairs.
- Proficiency in MS Office, computer skills, and Windows operations.
- Outstanding communication skills with prior experience in Customer Support.
