Job Title: Customer Quality Engineer

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a highly skilled Customer Quality Engineer to join our team in Austin, TX. As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for managing customer quality issues, defining and implementing production part qualification requirements, and reporting into Site Quality Head.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer quality issues and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Define and implement production part qualification requirements to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations, to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
