Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Engineer, Strategic to drive the success of Procore's Enterprise and Strategic customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our software platforms.

In this role, you'll work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges. You'll leverage your expertise in construction technology and Procore's software platforms to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and utilization of Procore's software platforms
  • Provide expert-level support to customers, including product training, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for customers to maximize the value of Procore's software platforms
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued success with Procore

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or CS preferred
  • 8+ years of Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Pre-Sales experience
  • 8+ years of Construction industry expertise preferred
  • Ability to leverage strong technical aptitude to master Procore's product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on time-sensitive projects
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills both in-person and through virtual meetings, and in writing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize relevant and impactful intelligence from ambiguous data

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base pay range: $160,000 - $220,000
  • Commission-based on-target earnings: $200,000 - $275,000
