We are seeking a dedicated Victim Services Program Coordinator to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health.

**Job Summary**

The Victim Services Program Coordinator will provide direct advocacy services for our sexual and domestic violence program, enhancing prevention and intervention services to patients and families experiencing intimate partner violence, domestic violence, and sexual assault.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide hospital and community-based services to patients who have experienced IPV/DV/SA, including assessment, crisis intervention, and counseling.
  • Work with hospital and community providers to connect patients to appropriate services.
  • Facilitate communication and networking amongst service providers to increase efficiency and effectiveness of direct services to patients.
  • Provide accompaniment for victims of IPV/DV/SA within the Bon Secours Healthcare System and provide community-based counseling, case management, and other services post-discharge.
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, committees, and task forces pertaining to violence and prevention efforts.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma required; 4-year bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with at-risk populations, including hospital and community experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners serving the community.

**Salary Range**

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
