Job Summary

The Service Assistant will play a vital role in coordinating all functions pertaining to the Service Center. This position will work closely with various teams to provide quality customer service and support operational duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support technicians, parts operations, and front of house staff to increase general productivity for the service center
  • Coordinate the drop off and pickups of customer cars
  • Ensure timely collection of payments
  • Deliver vehicles between production, service, and sales operations
  • Clean and detail vehicles on a regular basis
  • Expedite parts requirements as directed from the Parts Advisor
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Skilled at multi-tasking and prioritization of tasks
  • Willingness to learn about the EV Industry and stay abreast on current news
  • Car detailing experience is a plus

VinFast Auto is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The starting pay for this role is $27/hr.
