About the Role

Carollo Engineers Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead the coordination of mid-to high-level proposals and work closely with the marketing and business development teams to build the company's brand with external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and collaborate with office managers and pursuit leaders on marketing and business development efforts.
  • Lead professional, well-planned, and energetic business development efforts for Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and interviews.
  • Undertake research, writing, and editing of non-technical proposal sections.
  • Manage the production of deliverables associated with these efforts in conformance with company standards.
  • Understand the Client Account Analysis process and facilitate project-specific CAAs.
  • Provide content for proposals and general business development support to facilitate regular client contact by Client Service Managers (CSMs), project managers, and technical practice representatives.
  • Assist in the daily maintenance of the company business development database.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing.
  • 4-8 years of experience in marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of industry, sales, and marketing process.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and InDesign.
