This role involves leading by example, collaborating with staff as an organizer, subject matter expert, and mentor. The Supervisor acts as a crucial liaison for patients and families, effectively addressing issues and resolving conflicts. This position is integral to the management team of the practice, contributing to the achievement of access, service, quality, and financial objectives.
  • ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
    • Experience:
      • A minimum of two years of experience in a physician practice within a busy office environment.
      • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
      • Customer service experience is essential.
      • Familiarity with Medical Terminology is advantageous.
      • Strong clerical and organizational skills are mandatory.
    • Educational Background:
      • A High School diploma is required.
      • An Associate's Degree is preferred.
    • Licenses and Certifications:
      • No specific licenses or certifications are required.
    • Additional Requirements:
      • Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
      • Capability to take on a leadership role within the practice and guide staff towards service excellence.
      • Able to work efficiently and independently under pressure in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
      • Proficient in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks throughout the workday while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
      • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate staff and Practice Administrator absences.
