As a key member of the development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of the major gifts/donor program and helping to develop, execute, and support a comprehensive annual fundraising plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of a comprehensive annual fundraising plan, focusing on strategies to increase gifts and nurture relationships with current and future donors.
  • Assist in the growth of the major gifts/donor program, including creating weekly fundraising reports to track progress and generate regular reports on outstanding pledges.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of highly successful fundraiser events, including tracking underwriting and RSVPs, creating guest lists, and attending committee meetings.
  • Support the development of online giving strategies, including drafting and maintaining donation and reply forms for the online giving platform.
  • Collaborate with the development team to support fundraising-related efforts, including attending and supporting fundraising events and networking events.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, preferably with demonstrated use and success in CRM software and donor databases.
  • Proven expertise in Google Suite, MS Office, project management tools, and other fundraising technology.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, organizational planning, and administrative skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change.
