Position Overview: We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to assist in various pharmacy operations, primarily focusing on the dispensing of medical prescriptions and executing essential clerical tasks under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, with rotating weekends required. You will work every 7th or 8th weekend, which includes Saturday and Sunday from 10am – 2pm. When scheduled for weekends, you will receive a half day off the Thursday prior and a half day off the Tuesday following.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients and clinic staff.
  • Fill prescription orders and prepare them for verification under the direct supervision of the registered pharmacist.
  • Order, receive, and store incoming pharmacy supplies efficiently.
  • Verify medication inventory and input data into the system to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacist to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
  • Perform various clerical duties related to pharmacy operations.

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Minnesota.
  • Availability to work Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm, with required rotating weekends.
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as a pharmacy technician.

Note: The sign-on bonus is exclusively available to external candidates. Internal candidates currently employed by UnitedHealth Group or its affiliates are not eligible for this bonus.
