Business Development Representative

About the Role
As a Business Development Representative at Conduktor, you'll play a key role in fueling our growth by generating new opportunities and managing SMB renewals. You'll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to spark conversations and drive new business with potential customers. Your responsibilities will include building opportunity generation through outbound and inbound efforts, managing a portion of our smaller renewals, and feeding lead and customer insights into our GTM teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for generating new business opportunities
- Manage a portfolio of SMB renewals to ensure good retention
- Build knowledge of our technology and ecosystem of partners
- Provide valuable insights to our GTM teams to inform their strategies
- Deliver and refine our core value propositions to target customers
- Use research and data to optimize your own strategies and drive results
What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals with experience in B2B cold calling and lead generation, preferably in a technical company or start-up. You'll need excellent verbal and written communication skills, a motivated and proactive attitude, and a passion for learning and collaboration.
