Business Development Manager

Cotton Holdings, Inc. is a diversified holding company seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our capabilities by attracting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the commercial restoration industry, with strong presentation and negotiation skills. They will be responsible for generating new leads, scheduling in-person presentations, and creating engaging presentations to showcase our company's capabilities.
The Business Development Manager will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop effective lead-to-opportunity closure strategies. They will also be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring loyalty through excellent customer service, and communicating customer needs to our project directors and field personnel.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Generating new leads and researching potential clients and their requirements
- Scheduling in-person presentations with key decision makers
- Mastering company capabilities and developing effective lead-to-opportunity closure strategies
- Creating engaging presentations to showcase our company's capabilities
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring loyalty through excellent customer service
- Communicating customer needs to project directors and field personnel
The ideal candidate will have a marketing or business degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong understanding of the commercial restoration industry. They will be able to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require, and must be able to drive a vehicle and provide a good driving record.
