Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team for the West region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in calling on Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) across the country and a proven track record of opening doors with key decision-makers.
This is a remote role with a focus on driving business growth and expanding our presence within the MCO market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting MCOs as potential clients for Best Foot Forward's member engagement services.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, and presenting Best Foot Forward's value proposition and solutions to potential clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts within the MCO space, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Additionally, the candidate will be self-motivated and results-driven, with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the healthcare industry, with MANDATORY experience with MCOs.
