Industrial Sales Director

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our business growth in the southeastern United States. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts and developing strategic relationships with clients in the industrial equipment sector.
With 5+ years of experience in outside sales and a proven track record of success in territories that include North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia, and Virginia, you will possess a deep understanding of the region's market dynamics and client needs. Your expertise in food processing, coating, conveyor systems, and packaging technologies will enable you to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in engineering, preferably with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Proficiency in AutoCAD and business software, including Microsoft Office, is highly desirable. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical benefits, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, short-term disability insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and other perks.
