Customer Service Representative

X-Rite Pantone, a proud member of the Danaher family, is recognized as one of the best workplaces in West Michigan. We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, with candidates ideally located within commuting distance of the Grand Rapids area.

Key Responsibilities

In your role at X-Rite Pantone, you will:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards all customers, both internal and external.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster teamwork.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality verbal and written communication.
  • Engage with customers through various communication channels.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional support.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints within the required timeframe.
  • Utilize product knowledge to address customer questions regarding company policies and organizational structure.
  • Process orders and returns while managing multiple mailboxes for inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions, purchase orders, transactions, comments, and complaints for auditing purposes.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes and actively participate in team meetings.
  • Utilize training materials until mastering all required tasks.

Qualifications

Your education and experience should include:

  • A Bachelor's degree or a High School diploma with three years of customer service experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with organizational abilities for frequent customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and Outlook.
  • Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
