Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our talented team. As a key member of our People team, you'll be responsible for supporting all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our organization's goals and values.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive talent practices that motivate and engage our workforce, aligning with our brand, culture, and business goals.
  • Operationalize a talent acquisition program, understanding the needs of each organizational function to effectively manage headcount and drive business results.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a consistent and timely experience aligned with our culture and brand.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
  • Support performance management initiatives to retain and develop high-potential talent and prompt management of underperformers.
  • Provide support in training and development initiatives, scheduling sessions and tracking participation.
  • Oversee office administration responsibilities, including key fob activation, as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR support or generalist position, ideally in a startup environment or growing organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Highly detail-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent Google Suite skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the HR field.
