Job Title: Licensed Clinical Manager

Resources for Human Development is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Clinical Manager to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical support and leadership to staff and participants, as well as assisting with the development, implementation, and monitoring of programmatic systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide supervision and evaluation of staff, including Electronic Health Record (EHR) oversight and approval of notes as rendering provider for billing when needed.
  • Implement and maintain program policy and procedures and continuous quality improvement measures.
  • Monitor and maintain program or department budget.
  • Coordinate, facilitate, and document treatment and services for program participants, groups, and individuals.
  • Maintain a caseload of clients as required by the Program or Program Director, including organizing input from therapists, case managers, funders, advocates, program specialists, behavior specialists, direct support staff, program management, medical assessments, psychological assessments, and other input into a treatment plan with measurable goals, objectives, and outcomes.
  • Provide clinical supervision as required by state licensing boards for staff seeking licensing.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Master's Degree required in psychology, social work, or related field.
  • Clinical Mental Health license (LPC, LCSW, LISW) as required by state or local regulations.
  • Five years' experience working with individuals with Mental Health issues, Developmental Disabilities, Drug and/or Alcohol Addiction, or Homeless populations.
  • Three years of which needs to be managing a diverse team of clinicians and medical staff.
Working Conditions:

This position is set in an office environment. While performing the duties of the job, employees are frequently required to stand, walk, lift, and reach.
