We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Security Officer to join our team at The Mill Casino Hotel & RV Park. As a key member of our security department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees. About the Role

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will be responsible for promoting a clean, safe, healthy, and friendly environment for employees and guests, and will supervise shifts in the absence of the Security Manager and Assistant Security Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a clean, safe, healthy, and friendly environment for employees and guests.
  • Report safety issues and hazards to the Security Manager or Assistant Security Manager.
  • Supervise the Security shift in the absence of the Security Manager and Assistant Security Manager.
  • Provide training to Security Officers in accordance with the Security Department Training Program.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Must be a High School Graduate or have a GED.
  • Must have a current valid Oregon Driver's License.
  • Candidates with one year of previous public safety, casino security, military, or other related experience preferred.
  • Candidates with a background in customer service or previous experience in the hospitality industry desired.
