$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

Clean and Safe Environment

Promote a clean, safe, healthy, and friendly environment for employees and guests.

Safety Concerns

Report safety issues and hazards to the Security Manager or Assistant Security Manager.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise the Security shift in the absence or availability of the Security Manager and Assistant Security Manager.

Training and Development

Provide training to Security Officers in accordance with the Security Department Training Program.

Escorts and Transfers

Provide guest and employee escorts to and from the casino when requested or as needed to ensure their safety and protection.

Monitoring and Patrols

Provide patrols of all casino and surrounding company property, including CEDCO building and Tribal offices.

Decision Making

Make decisions under pressure, manage stress appropriately, and respond to emergency situations within a reasonable time.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age, have a High School Diploma or GED, and possess a current valid Oregon Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with one year of previous public safety, casino security, military, or other related experience preferred. Candidates with a background in customer service or previous experience in the hospitality industry desired.
